Not sure how you can make a difference?
A couple of things that we’ve done to make it a little easier:
If you go to http://godslittlestangelsinhaiti.org/ and hold your mouse over the “Want to Help” button on the top, you’ll see that three options open up. What are those?
- A list of the medical supplies we need.
- A list of the medical equipment we’re working on obtaining to make our already good NICU even better.
- A list of the “regular stuff” that we need to keep the orphanage going.
If you go to http://godslittlestangelsinhaiti.org/donate/ and you’ll find opportunities for you to donate electronically to our medical efforts, our general operational expenses and also the cost of building the new orphanage up at Ft. Jacques. If you want to talk to me about any of them, shoot me an e-mail at tom@glahaiti.org and I’d love to talk to you.
I was talking to a supporter Friday afternoon and she asked me how adoptions were moving along. I told her that they are starting to move again (check out what Dixie wrote yesterday) but that the nine month delay in adoptions is creating a significant “gap” in adoption fee income at the current time. That gap will get closed over time, but it’s a cash flow issue right now.
So, anything you can do, no matter how big or how small would be much appreciated.
