Follow Up on the USCIS Conference Call

I got the following e-mail from Kim at Bethany.   When they have the information compiled, I’ll share it here as well……

Dear Families:
I know that many of you have read through the USCIS Q & A’s regarding how to adjust your child’s status, and how to pursue adoption.  You may have also been on the conference call with USCIS, DOS, etc. yesterday afternoon.  Instead of summarizing the conference call, I thought I would let all of you know that we are working with our immigration attorney on an easy to use, but comprehensive guide for you on how to proceed with adjusting status, and adoption, no matter where you were in the Haitian adoption process when the earthquake hit (finalized adoption, in the adoption process).  As soon as we have that ready for you, we will be sending it out.  Please know that we want to walk alongside you in this process, and be available for any questions you may have.
